* Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der unternehmensweiten IT-Infrastruktur
 * Analyse der Anforderungen unserer Fachbereiche und Umsetzung geeigneter IT-Lösungen
 * Planung, Beschaffung, Installation und Administration von IT-Hardware wie Notebooks, PCs, Monitore und Peripheriegeräte
 * Installation, Konfiguration, Wartung und Fehlerbehebung von Hard- und Software
 * Administration der Microsoft-Systemlandschaft sowie Unterstützung bei der Server- und Netzwerkinfrastruktur in Zusammenarbeit mit externen IT-Partnern
 * Beratung und Unterstützung unserer Anwender im täglichen IT-Betrieb
 * Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Systemen sowie Dokumentation und Optimierung der zugehörigen Prozesse
