 * Design, configure, update, and maintain Salesforce forms, objects, and business processes.
 * Develop, enhance, and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and custom solutions.
 * Configure and maintain field-level security, profiles, roles, permission sets, and validation rules.
 * Write and optimize SOQL queries to improve system performance and data retrieval.
 * Troubleshoot production issues, resolve defects, and provide ongoing application support.
 * Manage user accounts, service accounts, profiles, and security configurations.
 * Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend technical solutions.
 * Prepare status reports, technical documentation, and implementation updates.
 * Ensure system stability, performance, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
 * Work independently to deliver assignments within established timelines.
 * Support ongoing enhancements, maintenance activities, and operational improvements of the Workforce solution built on Salesforce.
