## About the Role

* 5+ years of experience in embedded firmware development
 * 3+ years of hands-on IoT systems development and debugging
 * Strong C/C++ and Python experience
 * Experience with ARM Cortex-M, STM32, Microchip, or similar microcontrollers
 * Experience with Ethernet, USB, SPI, I2C, UART, or RS-485
 * Experience with an RTOS such as FreeRTOS or Zephyr
 * Experience developing and maintaining embedded Linux systems using Buildroot
 * Strong debugging experience with JTAG, SWD, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, or similar tools
 * Experience working in Agile development environments

## Description

* MQTT, Modbus, TCP/IP, CoAP, or HTTP/HTTPS
 * Wi-Fi, Bluetooth/BLE, LoRa/LoRaWAN, or cellular
 * Embedded GUI development
 * USB composite device experience
 * Embedded Elixir/Nerves or Erlang BEAM
 * Experience with energy management or building automation systems
