## About the Role

* 3+ years of hands-on Alteryx experience
 * Strong experience building complex Alteryx workflows
 * 3+ years of SQL experience with large datasets
 * 2+ years of Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
 * Strong data transformation, validation, and analytical skills
 * Ability to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders
 * Bachelor s degree in a related field

Preferred:

 * Python or R/RStudio
 * Predictive analytics, statistical modeling, machine learning, or data mining
 * HR, People, Workforce, or Talent Analytics experience
 * Workday, Cornerstone, Qualtrics, VNDLY, or ServiceNow experience

## Description

We re seeking a Senior Data Analyst with strong Alteryx expertise to join a Talent Analytics team. This role will focus heavily on using Alteryx, SQL, and Power BI to transform complex datasets, automate analytics workflows, and deliver actionable insights to business stakeholders., * Design, build, and maintain advanced Alteryx workflows for data transformation, preparation, validation, and automation

 * Use SQL to extract, query, and analyze large datasets
 * Develop automated and self-service analytics solutions
 * Build Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
 * Perform data validation and peer review SQL/reporting solutions
 * Analyze trends and translate complex data into clear business insights
 * Gather requirements and independently execute analytics projects from discovery through delivery
 * Support predictive analytics and advanced modeling initiatives
