The role is responsible for the development, maintenance, and support of automated test equipment (ATE), test software, and test methods used to characterize, qualify, and manufacture high-reliability electronic products. This position primarily supports production and engineering activities for power management and hybrid microelectronic products, including solid-state relays (SSRs), solid-state power controllers (SSPCs), heaters, multi-chip modules (hybrids), and related electronic assemblies. The Test Engineer III works closely with Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations teams to develop robust test solutions, investigate product performance issues, improve manufacturing yields, and support new product introductions. The ideal candidate possesses strong LabVIEW programming skills, experience with automated electronic test equipment, and the ability to resolve complex test-related issues in an on-site manufacturing environment.
