Preferred Qualifications * Experience using government IT asset management or inventory systems. * Experience directly supporting government customers or federal programs. * Experience with account and permissions management in a government or enterprise IT environment. * Experience supporting classified networks, systems, or facilities. ## Description The IT Systems Support Specialist provides hands-on technical support to government customers in a secure, classified environment. This position supports end users, computer systems, printers, VoIP telephones, video teleconferencing systems, user accounts, permissions, cybersecurity activities, and IT asset management. The successful candidate will combine strong technical skills with excellent customer service.
