Reporting to the Senior Manager of UX & Web Marketing, this role partners closely with business units, developers, and growth marketers to deliver responsive, brand-consistent design solutions that align with ICE's overall business objectives and style guides. The ideal candidate is passionate about consistent and compelling web design, experienced in translating complex requirements into intuitive digital experiences. They will bring a genuine enthusiasm for user experience, a familiarity with content strategy, and the ability to interpret user behavior to surface new design solutions within a collaborative, fast-moving marketing team.
