Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile delivery or related technical roles. 3. Basic understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban. 4. Experience participating in Agile ceremonies., 1. Agile certifications such as SAFe Scrum Master or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Agile Fundamentals. 2. Familiarity with Agile project management tools (e.g. Rally, Jira). 3. Interest in continuous improvement and Agile methodologies. 4. Technical background or experience in software development or related fields ## Description Senior professional level role with subject matter expertise as a Scrum Master. Typically, Scrum Masters at this level work with multiple teams at a time. Applies foundational Agile delivery knowledge to support team activities and contribute to Agile transformation efforts. Participates in Agile ceremonies, assists in removing impediments, and promotes Agile principles to enhance team collaboration and delivery. Applies Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban to independently contribute to transformation efforts and support team processes. 5. Collaborates with team members and stakeholders to promote Agile principles and continuous improvement. 6. Supports the collection and reporting of Agile metrics and team performance data. 7. Contributes to Agile training and knowledge sharing within the team. 8. Assists in the adoption and use of Agile tools and technologies. 9. Responsible for ensuring Truist SDLC is appropriately followed. 10. Supports cross-functional collaboration to achieve delivery goals. 11.
