This role requires a hands-on technical experience who can develop scalable solutions, administer Databricks environments, optimize platform performance, and assist in platform migration initiative., Databricks Administration (Primary Focus)

 * Administer and support enterprise Databricks environments.
 * Configure and manage:
 * Workspaces
 * Clusters
 * Job Workflows
 * Unity Catalog
 * Access Controls and Permissions
 * Service Principals
 * Secret Scopes
 * Cluster Policies
 * Monitor platform performance, utilization, and costs.
 * Implement governance, security, and compliance controls.
 * Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize cluster configurations.
 * Collaborate with cloud infrastructure and security teams.

Python Development (Primary Focus)

 * Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade Python applications and data processing solutions.
 * Develop reusable Python frameworks, libraries, APIs, and automation tools.
 * Develop data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration solutions.
 * Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following software engineering best practices.
 * Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
 * Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies.
