## About the Role

5+ years in Finance Systems, Finance Product, Process Optimization or Finance Transformation.
Experience with Finance processes (R2R, O2C, P2P, Tax, or FP&A). Ability to translate finance process pain points into technical requirements.
Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, MS Dynamics Business Central, etc), workflows, data flows, and system dependencies.
Strong value framing and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset - able to define and track KPIs tied to value creation.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills to influence across Finance and Tech.
Nice-to-have: Experience in a product-led organization or building internal tools or platforms.
Nice-to-have: Experience with automation tools (Power Automate, Python, UiPath) and data tools (Power BI, SQL, Celonis).
Nice-to-have: Experience in a scale-up environment or high-growth tech company.

You'll manage the lifecycle of finance systems (from discovery to delivery), ensuring every enhancement or feature release delivers measurable business impact.THE JOURNEYOwn the Finance Systems and Transformation roadmap - define vision, prioritize initiatives by value,, and align delivery with Finance strategy and transformation goals.Lead the end-to-end finance transformation lifecycle, maintaining a value-driven backlog and coordinating delivery across Tech, ERP, and Automation teams.Partner with Finance and Business stakeholders to identify pain points and automation opportunities.
