 * Nachweisbare Praxis mit VMware vSphere, TrueNAS, Synology, Veeam, OPNsense-Firewalls, VPN-Architekturen & WLAN-Management.
 * Von Vorteil: Kenntnisse in Dell-Infrastruktur (Server, Switches, Storage) sowie Erfahrung im On-Premise-Hosting von Container-/Cloud-Lösungen (z. B. K8s).
 * Strukturierte, analytische Arbeitsweise, Eigeninitiative, lösungsorientiertes Denken und Teamfähigkeit.
 * Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift).
