 * Cloud & Identity: Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), speziell bei Conditional Access, Identity Protection, Enterprise Applications und hybriden Identitätsarchitekturen (AD Connect, Cloud Sync, CrossTenant).
 * Automatisierung: Gute Praxis-Erfahrung mit PowerShell-Skripting zur Automatisierung des AD-, PKI- und Entra ID-Betriebes.
 * Integration: Know-how in der Integration von Anwendungen über SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect und Application Provisioning (SCIM).
 * Security & Standards: Kenntnisse in AD-Tiering, Privileged Access Management (PAM/PIM) und Zero-Trust-Architekturen. Sicherer Umgang mit Zertifikatsstandards (X.509, TLS/SSL) und Verschlüsselungstechnologien.
 * Mindset: Ausgeprägte Sensibilität für hochverfügbare und sichere IT-Lösungen im Enterprise-Umfeld.
