Idealerweise Erfahrung in ITIL-orientierten Betriebsprozessen

Erfahrung mit SAP Solution Manager, SAP LaMa oder Automatisierungstools (z.? Ansible, Terraform) von Vorteil

Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Kundenorientierung

Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

Beratung und Betreuung der Kunden im Bereich SAP Basis und Technologiebetrieb

Planung, Implementierung und Administration von SAP Systemen und Landschaften

Operative Betreuung und Administration von SAP Systemlandschaften (On-Premises, Hybrid und Cloud)

Durchführung von SAP Installationen, Upgrades, Systemkopien, Patches und Performanceanalysen

Technische Beratung zu S/4HANA Transformationen, RISE with SAP sowie SAP on Azure

Konzeption und Umsetzung hochverfügbarer Betriebsarchitekturen (HA, DR, Backup und Recovery)

Begleitung von Migrationen und Integrationsthemen (z. B. SAP HANA Migration, Unicode, OS- und DB-Migration)

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Infrastruktur-, Cloud- und Security-Teams

Schwerpunktmäßig operative Aufgaben und Ticketbearbeitung (ca. 85 % des Tätigkeitsprofils)
