 * Automatisierung & Journeys: Aufsetzen, Verwalten und Optimieren von Customer Journeys und automatisierten Workflows via Journey Builder und Automation Studio.
 * Daten- & Zielgruppenmanagement: Verwaltung von Data Extensions, Listen und Segmentierungsstrategien zur gezielten Kundenansprache.
 * Performance & Testing: Durchführung von A/B-Tests sowie Analyse der Kampagnenleistung zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung.
 * Schnittstellenkompetenz: Anforderungsaufnahme und Lösungsentwicklung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, Vertrieb und IT.
