## Description

Technischer Kundensupport: Unterstützung bei Fragen und Problemen zu unseren Produkten, Aufnahme und Bearbeitung von Anwenderproblemen im Ticketsystem, Lösungserstellung und Analyse
Nationaler und internationaler Vor-Ort-Service: Direkter Service beim Kunden, sowohl vor Ort als auch remote
Projektimplementierung: Mitwirkung bei internationalen Kundenprojekten, Erstellung von Airport- und Luftraumdaten, Durchführung kundenspezifischer Testprozeduren und Unterstützung bei der Projektabnahme und Trainings
Software-Tests: Erstellung und Durchführung von Testfällen und Testplänen, Verifizierung von Software-Builds und regelmäßige Funktionstests
Unterstützung bei Produktdemonstrationen: Teilnahme an Messen und Produktvorführungen, Unterstützung beim Demoaufbau
