Background in requirements gathering, software testing, or application support.
Agile Expertise:
Strong experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban) using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Stakeholder Management:
Excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication skills; experience presenting to diverse audiences including executives.
Familiarity with
