Education, Certification and Experience * Formal education or certification in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field required; or equivalent portfolio-demonstrated skill. * Portfolio required showing design process and problem-solving approach, not just polished final screens. * 0-2+ years of professional or project-based design experience preferred. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in product design, including UI design, component development, and research execution, with close mentorship from senior team members. The successful candidate will gain production experience from day one, participate in usability testing sessions, and contribute to design critiques, all while learning industry standards for accessibility, content, and developer handoff. We are the UX team behind how athletes, coaches, parents, and club leaders experience sport across BSN SPORTS and the broader Varsity Brands portfolio.
