Advanced experience with PLC programming and ladder logic.

Experience developing and troubleshooting Allen-Bradley PLC programs and Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs).

Proficiency with automation and controls software such as RSLogix 500, RSLogix 5000, FactoryTalk View, PanelBuilder32, or similar platforms.

Experience with process improvement methodologies including Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Pareto Analysis, and Root Cause Analysis.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint., Experience managing multiple manufacturing, automation, and process optimization projects simultaneously., Six Sigma certification or demonstrated experience leading Six Sigma projects.
