## About the Role

* 2+ years of experience with cloud environments such as AWS
 * 2+ years of experience with programming languages including Python, Ansible, Bash, and JavaScript
 * 2+ years of experience supporting CI/CD or DevSecOpsaligned build, release, or configuration management
 * Experience troubleshooting across systems, networks, or application layers
 * Ability to interpret logs, metrics, and telemetry to identify issues and support datadriven resolution
 * Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively and aligned with Booz Allen's valuesdriven delivery culture
 * TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
 * Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

 * Experience with Agile methodology, extreme programming, software engineering, product management, or software products
 * Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, or cloudnative engineering patterns
 * Experience conducting security testing or supporting compliance frameworks such as NIST 80053 and ISO 27001
 * Experience producing technical documentation, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides for operational teams
 * Cloud Certification such as AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification

## Description

* Support the development and enhancement of secure enterprise applications, automation tools, and workflows on AWS Cloud.
 * Build and refine automation using scripting languages such as Python or Bash to improve repeatability and operational efficiency.
 * Assist with deployment validation, configuration assessments, patching workflows, and release readiness across enterprise environments.
 * Troubleshoot and analyze system, application, and network issues, contributing to rootcause analysis and reliability improvements.
 * Stand up isolated test environments to validate configuration changes, ensure interoperability, and support rollback planning.
 * Monitor logs, telemetry, and systemhealth indicators to identify risks, guide remediation, and support continuous improvement.
 * Collaborate with crossfunctional engineering, cybersecurity, and mission teams, contributing to a culture anchored in values, clarity, and impact as reflected in Booz Allen's employeeexperience initiatives.
 * Document technical procedures, runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and operational standards to support continuity and team readiness.
