Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPosition SummaryThe Project Coordinator is responsible for managing the execution of project closure processes, ensuring adherence to best practices, and supporting project management ceremonies. The role involves working closely with internal teams, clients, and leadership to ensure seamless project completion and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze project workflows to uncover inefficiencies, gaps, and areas for improvement.Surface risks, budget variances, and scope issues that require escalation.Define key deliverables and documentation standards across project phases.Capture lessons learned and apply best practices to enhance future execution.Support alignment of practices with River Run's EOS and FIPPERD frameworks.Develop and maintain standardized documentation, scorecards, and checklists.Create and refine closure and retrospective templates for consistent wrap-up.Generate reports to monitor project metrics, risks, and progress against
