## About the Role

Experience supporting iOS devices in a large enterprise environment

 - Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms and large-scale device deployments OR asset management/tracking and device lifecycle management experience

 - Strong customer service, communication, troubleshooting/problem-solving skills, and eagerness to learn

 - Ability to work independently in an airport operational environment and qualify for airport badging/SIDA access

 - Availability to travel and flexibility to work early mornings and/or nights (4:30AM-11PM)

 - High School Diploma or GED - ServiceNow experience

 - Service Desk in-person experience

 - Worked at an airport before

## Description

One of Insight Global's clients Field Services Delivery (FSD) team is looking for a technician to support a hardware lifecycle refresh project at United Airlines. This position is located in Houston, Texas at Bush Intercontinental Airport/Chicago, Illinois at O'Hare International Airport/Denver, Colorado at Denver International Airport. This project will be supporting the FSD team in preparing, setting up, reclaiming and deploying new iOS devices to internal business groups. The role requires interacting with customer-facing clients, asset tracking, and onsite presence - 40 hours a week.

Responsibilities:

 - Manage high-volume iOS devices and asset inventories across airport locations

 - Configure, deploy, map, refresh, and troubleshoot iPhones and customer service devices

 - Utilize MDM tools to provision, maintain, and track devices throughout their lifecycle

 - Support hardware refresh initiatives, including EFE refresh projects and customer service device mapping

 - Provide onsite customer-facing support and communicate technical issues in non-technical terms

 - Document support issues, maintain asset records, and escalate technical concerns when necessary

 - Crosstrain and assist with additional teams, projects, and SOW-related initiatives as needed

 - Support approximately 17,000+ end-user devices across various locations and business unit
