In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations. ## Description As a CBRE Energy and Sustainability Analyst, you will assist with the development and execution of energy management programs and improvement of client KPI's. This job is part of the Energy and Sustainability function. They are responsible for the development and implementation of environmental and social sustainability programs. What You'll Do: * Assist in sustainability consulting for a facility to help meet sustainability goals. * Identify operational improvements. Execute opportunities to improve energy and sustainability performance. * Support sustainability goals, energy resilience strategies and programs. * Review data and interpretation of energy and sustainability reports. * Execute a sustainability, resilience, and smart energy plan for a designated facility. * Integrate knowledge of energy procurement and new technologies to improve performance. * Present periodic energy and sustainability status and variance reports. Collect energy, waste, and water data from clients and management. * Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them. * Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. * Impact the quality of own work. * Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. * Exchange straightforward information asks questions and check for understanding., CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the E&S Analyst position is $70,000 annually [or $33.65 per hour] and the maximum salary for the E&S Analyst position is $75,000 annually [or $36.05 per hour].
