## About the Role

* Experience developing on ServiceNow (or similar enterprise platforms); may not be on recent grad resumes
 * Strong object-oriented design and software engineering fundamentals
 * Experience building and consuming REST APIs
 * Familiarity with JavaScript, web technologies, and workflow automation
 * Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and identify root causes
 * Analytical problem-solving skills, clear communication, and strong collaboration with technical and business partners
 * Customer-focused mindset and dependable execution in delivery and operational support

Additional Qualifications:

 * ServiceNow certifications such as CSA and/or CAD (as applicable)
 * ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications
 * Experience with ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, IRM, SPM, or custom apps
 * Experience with Agile delivery and CI/CD pipelines
 * Experience working in large enterprise environments
 * Experience supporting enterprise architecture patterns, cloud concepts, and/or leading engineering efforts (for candidates targeting higher responsibility)

## Description

* Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and user experiences
 * Translate business requirements into technical solutions with measurable impact
 * Build workflows, business rules, and automations that improve operational efficiency and reliability
 * Develop and maintain REST APIs and enterprise integrations; build and consume APIs to support end-to-end to integration needs
 * Participate in code reviews, testing, and release readiness activities to ensure delivery quality and post-release stability
 * Troubleshoot and resolve platform and integration issues, identifying root cause and implementing durable fixes
 * Contribute to Agile delivery and modern engineering practices, including CI/CD where applicable
 * Recommend enhancements to improve performance, reliability, and user experience
 * Help shape reusable engineering patterns, standards, and modernization practices across the ServiceNow platform
 * Collaborate with architects, security, product, and engineering teams to drive scalable and supportable solutions Qualifications
