## About the Role

* Minimum 4+ years of Java/JEE Programming
 * Minimum 3+ years of practical experience with Spring frameworks and Spring Boot
 * Minimum 2+ years of experience with relational databases and DB programming skills (Oracle / PL/SQL)
 * Minimum 3+ years of experience with RESTful APIs and Webservices -- define and drive the requirements
 * Minimum 2+ years of experience with JPA/Hibernate or Spring Repositories
 * Experience working with product management, architects and stakeholders
 * Experience developing web applications and web services (RESTful)
 * Experience in JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks: Angular or ReactJS
 * Experience with agile software management (Rally / JIRA / RTC)
 * Experience in web development (HTML5 + CSS3)
 * Experience with automated testing
 * Proven experience integrating AI-assisted development tools
 * B.S. Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience is required

## Description

Our Livingston, NJ Fintech client has an immediate need for a Sr Application Developer with 5+ years of fullstack Java experience. This role requires Angular/React, Java, Springboot, Microservices. This is a long term contract and is onsite 3x a week in Livingston, NJ., Overall, you will be responsible for day-to-day task management and sprint planning, working closely with product and stakeholders, participating in design sessions, leading and mentoring engineers to ensure that they follow best practices and guidelines, performing heads-down development, and working with QA to assure top quality deliverables on-time.
