## Description

Tu es passionné·(e) par l'informatique et tu veux bosser sur des projets concrets, avec de vrais défis techniques ? Rejoins notre petite équipe dynamique (1 responsable technique + 1 technicien) et participe à l'administration complète des systèmes et réseaux de nos clients pros., Tu accompagnes nos clients PME dans la gestion quotidienne et l'évolution de leur infrastructure informatique, principalement dans un environnement Microsoft.
En binôme avec notre responsable technique, tu seras sur tous les fronts :

 * Support client : répondre aux demandes, dépanner, conseiller, former
 * Conseil & suivi : être force de proposition sur les outils et architectures à mettre en place
 * Infrastructure : installer, configurer, maintenir des serveurs, solutions de virtualisation, systèmes de messagerie, antivirus, monitoring, etc.
 * Déploiements : préparer les nouvelles commandes et gérer les installations sur site

Hotline & télémaintenance : intervenir à distance sur postes et serveurs
