Responsibilities You have a unique opportunity to lead the cloud transformation of our legacy softphone to our new Cloud platform softphone solution across 4 major business contact center segments. This role will support the development and execution of our cloud implementation strategy for the softphone products as well as Salesforce Communities within our organization's existing IT infrastructure. In this role, you will also advise executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance for those products. This position acts as a liaison between our business partners and development teams to deliver strategic solutions being able to make a real impact improving millions of consumer's wellness journeys by delivering high business value initiatives to improve user and consumer experiences.
