* 5+ years aerospace experience
 * 3+ years in UAS/Drone or autonomous systems startup
 * Hands-on experience with physical prototypes and rapid prototyping
 * Experience with ALE, multi-UAV swarming, or MUM-T a plus
 * Deep familiarity with UAS architectures, ground control stations, and uncrewed flight operations
 * Knowledge of BVLOS and autonomous mission planning
 * Good knowledge of EASA UAS framework and SORA/SAIL methodologies
 * Strong strategic communication and ability to translate tech status for management
 * Native or fluent Spanish; fluent English
 * Willingness to travel sporadically (national/European)

## Description
