## About the Role

+ Experience in application management, IT operations, or software engineering
 + Strong understanding of application architectures, including cloud, on-premises systems, integrations, and databases
 + Knowledge of IT service management processes such as ITIL
 + Analytical and solution-oriented way of working with strong communication skills
 + Ability to collaborate across teams and manage stakeholders effectively
 + Ideally, experience in the energy sector
 + Being fluent in English is mandatory (C1 minimum) ; speaking Spanish or Germany is a plus.

 + Lead incident, problem, and change management activities
 + Identify opportunities to improve application performance, efficiency, and user experience
