You will design, build, test, and implement resilient solutions, evaluate new technologies, and contribute to technical documentation and standards. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential for collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and consulting internal or external stakeholders., * You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience. * You bring over 3 years of experience as a Network Engineer * Cisco CCNA/P certification is preferred * You have supported, troubleshooted, and implemented large and complex data networks (LAN, DCLAN, WAN, Wireless). * You have worked with external vendors. * You are experienced with infrastructure automation, including automated provisioning of network devices. * Experience applying infrastructure automation tools, infrastructure as code (IaC), scripting languages, logging, monitoring, and observability tools. * You can work flexible hours, handle occasional overtime, and participate in on-call duties. * You are fluent in English, both written and spoken., * In-depth knowledge in a specific IT infrastructure technology area (such as Platform, Compute and Storage, Network Management, ERP Technology Management, High Performance Computing, Datacenter Management, or Database Management). * Strong understanding of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service environment, applying Scrum and Agile methodologies. * Ability to evaluate promising technologies via PoCs and assess their feasibility in meeting business needs., * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, utilizing judgment and discretion for problems of larger scope. * Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex information and potential solutions to cross-functional teams and stakeholders. * Ability to act as a technical consultant to internal and external stakeholders and build networks with senior personnel. ## Description * Serve as a Tier 3/4 technical escalation point for critical network incidents, performance bottlenecks, and post-mortem root cause analyses. * Proof of Concept & R&D: Design, validate, and test PoCs in lab environments to evaluate emerging network tools, protocols, and vendor solutions. * Stakeholder Management: Communicates and presents complex information, issues, and potential solutions on assigned projects and to cross-functional teams. Networks with senior internal and external personnel within their area of expertise. Represents the organization on assigned projects and serves as a consultant to internal/external stakeholders on technical matters. * Impact/Strategy:Maintain comprehensive network diagrams, topology specs, and runbooks to ensure operational readiness across teams. Quality/Regulatory standards and that technology designs adhere to the organization's architectural strategy, policies, and direction. * Complexity / (Product Size): Demonstrates proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse team members and virtual teams from various locations and cultural backgrounds to achieve project or product goals. * Business / Technical ability: Demonstrates a wide application of technical principles, theories, and concepts in the technology area, with knowledge that is particularly deep in Networking.
