## About the Role

University degree in quality management, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in quality systems and integrated management systems, preferably within companies operating in multiple countries.
Certified Implementer in at least one of the standards ISO ****, *****, *****, or *****, and preferably also a certified lead auditor.
Proven experience leading ISO certification programs (e.g., ISO ****, ISO *****, ISO *****), ideally in a multiple-site structure.
Experience managing internal audits and third-party assessments.
Proficiency in IMS tools and documentation control systems.
Familiarity with automation and data analytics tools, such as Power Automate and Power BI, is highly valued.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
High attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.
Strong emotional intelligence with ability to work effectively in cross-functional & multicultural teams.
Fluency in English & French is required and proficiency in Spanish would be appreciated.
Ability to travel on frequent basis.

## Description
