## Description

Experteer Overview As a Staff Backend Software Engineer, you will lead the delivery of reliable, scalable services for audio/video hosting, monetization, and analytics at a global scale. You will own RESTful APIs, async workers, and the reliability of distributed systems, collaborating with product, frontend, and infrastructure teams. You'll shape observability, testing strategies, and phased migrations while guiding Terraform and cloud changes. This role offers an opportunity to influence how AI is integrated into backend development and to drive impactful, cross-team outcomes.
