You will lead, code, test, and review software across multiple languages, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ship new features. You mentor junior developers and drive continuous improvement in development practices. You will stay current with industry trends and contribute to the strategic direction of software initiatives. This is an opportunity to shape mission-critical systems for space programs in a collaborative, innovation-driven environment.
