This is an AI-first role focused on enabling, shaping, and unlocking the team's AI landscape, including the tools, practices, and capabilities that help teams work smarter and deliver faster. In this role, you will help us achieve ambitious product development goals by delivering incredible user experiences to our customers while partnering with Slalom's Sales, Staffing, and Engagement Management business leaders. You will also play a hands-on leadership role, spending time building solutions, strengthening DevOps practices, and upskilling the team on modern engineering approaches that improve delivery quality, automation, and operational excellence.
