## About the Role

+ 3+ years of Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or related experience

 + Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

 + Understanding of AI, Generative AI, machine learning, or data-driven products

 + Experience writing user stories and managing product backlogs

 + Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

 + Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements

 + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

 + Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI, ChatGPT, or similar AI platforms

 + CSPO, PSPO, or related Product Owner certification

 + Experience supporting digital transformation or enterprise technology initiatives

## Description

On behalf of our specialized client, Robert Half Talent Solutions, Technology Division is seeking an AI Product Owner to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of AI-powered solutions across the organization. This individual will partner with business stakeholders, developers, data teams, and leadership to identify opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, automate processes, and enhance decision-making.

Responsibilities

 + Own and prioritize the AI product roadmap and backlog

 + Gather business requirements and translate them into user stories and functional requirements

 + Partner with developers, data engineers, and business leaders to deliver AI solutions

 + Identify opportunities for Generative AI, automation, and process improvement initiatives

 + Lead Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product reviews

 + Define success metrics and measure business impact of AI initiatives

 + Drive user adoption and change management efforts

 + Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress to key stakeholders
