## Description

Insight Global is currently seeking a L1 Support Analyst for a large pharmaceutical client. This person will be joining a large team repsonsible for implementation and support of clinical trial technologies. This person will be the 1st line of support for internal system users analyzing, triaging, and resolving issues related to a new LMS system.
