The role leverages modern engineering practices, including Java and Spring Boot development, cloud technologies, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and AI-assisted development tools, to deliver reliable business solutions. The Senior Developer provides Level 3 application support, contributes to engineering standards and continuous improvement initiatives, and serves as a technical mentor for less experienced team members while partnering closely with Product, Architecture, QA, Delivery, and DevOps teams. The role is expected to exercise technical ownership of assigned solutions, provide guidance to contractor and vendor development resources, review technical deliverables for quality and adherence to standards, and coordinate development activities across internal and external teams. The position provides technical leadership within assigned projects and workstreams while supporting the successful delivery of business and technology objectives. This position is a senior individual contributor role focused on technical excellence, delivery ownership, application reliability, mentoring, and the successful execution of complex software initiatives. This position follows a hybrid work model, with an expectation of three days per week in the office to support team collaboration and delivery.
