Experteer Overview As Principal Systems Engineer, you drive the development of integrated, cohesive system solutions across the product lifecycle. You align technical teams to stakeholder requirements, manage architecture, and ensure traceability from concept to verification. You lead risk identification and develop mitigation strategies to deliver compliant, high-performance systems. You mentor engineers, champion systems engineering practices, and contribute to corporate strategy. This role offers impact at scale in a mission-driven, collaborative environment.
