## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead hardware/software integration for hypersonic programs, shaping next-gen re-entry vehicles and payloads. You'll work within the Flight Systems Futures unit to mature concepts into credible, testable solutions for national deterrence. Collaborating with vendors and cross-functional teams, you'll manage requirements, configuration, and verification to meet cost, schedule, and performance goals. This is a high-impact, fast-paced environment that values innovation and hands-on problem solving.
