This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for someone who thrives on solving hard technical problems that unlock a whole new way of working at Campminder, while being in close collaboration with people across the entire company., * Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools used by internal teams of varying skill levels and technical backgrounds * Experience with RAG, prompt engineering, context engineering, and LLM evals * Experience building production AI observability, including prompt/input/output logging, token spend tracking, and regression evaluations * Experience extending or building on agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, MCPs, custom agents, skills/plugins) for use in customer-facing development workflows * Excellent product judgment about where AI belongs in a product and where deterministic code is the better answer * Actively tracks the AI tooling landscape and actively experiments to form informed opinions on what works best for different use cases * Experience teaching non-engineers practical, targeted AI adoption * Demonstrated ability to partner with executive leadership and individual contributors at any skill level, translating AI concepts appropriately for each audience * Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to communicate effectively with executives on AI strategy tied to clear business outcomes * Growth mindset, with a desire to constantly learn and improve themselves Our Interview Process: 1. 45 min - interview with People & Culture 2. 60 min - interview with Hiring Manager 3. We host a variety of all-company hybrid meetings and social events.
