Ø Well versed in HTML 5, CSS 3, C#, jQuery, AJAX, TypeScript, KnockoutJS, and Angular Ø Working experience with MVC 4, MVVM, SOAP, WebAPI, WCF, Workflow Foundation, and Entity Framework Ø Proficient with VisualStudio 2013, Automapper, Web Essentials, Team Foundation Server, and cloud-based (Azure) development Ø Superb communication (verbal and written) skills Ø Willing to accept constructive criticism and work in a collaborative, competitive environment Ø Motivation to produce high quality results consistently Ø Ability to work in a dynamic environment where priorities and requirements change often Ø Adept at developing technical solutions for complex business problems Ø Possess technological foresight and leadership skills Ø Excellent observation skills with proven ability to think critically and analyze complex systems Ø Working knowledge of Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Ø, At least, five years developing DOT NET applications and services on the Microsoft stack Ø Healthcare industry and/or EHR system experience ## Description The Lead .NET Developer will be responsible for delegating tasks to and overseeing a team of 3 more developers. The work will be aligned with product offerings and managed through an Agile-like methodology. The Lead Developer will be an innovator and strong coder, and will work closely with the Architecture team to ensure standards are being followed and quality measures are being met. Leading team stand-ups and ensuring sprint goals are achieved will be a top priority, in addition to being a significant coding contributor in completing sprint tasks. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Other duties may be assigned.)
