The role will document requirements, define scopes and objectives, develop the support model and SLA compliance. This position will work mainly within SAP Application Support organization to review new BI solution and troubleshoot production issue. Primary Responsibilities * Participate in Client Meetings to understand Business requirements related to SAP BI including HANA and SLA compliance strategy. * Contribute to the development of the current BW landscape and architecture by modeling, designing, developing, testing and implementing the appropriate backend and front-end structures needed to meet business reporting requirements. This includes the creation and enforcement of SAP BW development standards in accordance with SAP BW recommended practices. * Work with Key Stakeholders on the gathering of business requirements; develop a technical plan with duration estimates.
