This is a full-time permanent role that offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our financial operations and help drive our business forward. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our financial operations. This role requires a methodical, detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of accounting principles and a proven track record in managing accounts payable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment., * Oversee the entire accounts payable function, including invoice processing, payment processing, and reconciliation of vendor statements. * Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval before payment. * Manage and maintain vendor relationships, respond to inquiries, and resolve any discrepancies in invoices and payments. * Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments. * Maintain accurate and complete financial records, including ledgers, journals, invoices, and receipts. * Ensure timely monthly financial close for accounts payable information. * Prepare analyses of accounts and produce monthly reports. * Implement and maintain systems, procedures, and policies to ensure adherence to company guidelines. * Assist with financial audits by providing supporting documentation and information related to accounts payable. * Collaborate with the finance team and other departments to improve financial processes and overall efficiency., Sometimes Jobot is required to perform background checks with your authorization.
