 * Strong expertise with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and microservices architecture
 * Experience designing scalable enterprise platforms and distributed systems
 * Experience architecting AI-enabled applications, LLM integrations, and intelligent workflow solutions
 * Expertise designing RESTful APIs, integrations, and service-oriented architectures
 * Experience with AWS services including S3, RDS, Lambda, SQS, and SNS
 * Strong understanding of observability, monitoring, system reliability, and performance engineering
 * Experience creating architectural standards, governance practices, and technical roadmaps
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

Desired Skills & Experience

 * Experience within Insurance, FinTech, HealthTech, or other regulated industries
 * Experience with event-driven architecture and messaging platforms
 * Knowledge of vector databases and AI infrastructure patterns
 * Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and modern DevOps practices
 * Proven ability to mentor engineers and drive technical decision-making across teams
 * Familiarity with modern frontend technologies such as React and Next.js from an architectural perspective
