## About the Role

* 3-6 years of professional software engineering experience.
 * Strong full-stack development experience with Python and/or TypeScript.
 * Hands-on expertise with React and SQL.
 * Experience building and deploying production-grade LLM or Generative AI applications.
 * Knowledge of AI agents, agentic workflows, prompt engineering, RAG, and evaluation (Evals).
 * Experience developing scalable backend services and APIs.
 * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
 * Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
 * Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments and traveling as needed., * Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar AI frameworks.
 * Familiarity with Go programming language.
 * Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or Apache Iceberg.
 * Background in event-driven architectures and distributed systems.
 * Startup or high-growth company experience.
 * Experience working as a Forward Deployed Engineer, Product Engineer, or customer-facing software engineer.
 * Proven ability to own projects from concept through production deployment with minimal supervision

## Description

* Partner directly with customers to understand operational challenges and identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.
 * Design, build, and deploy production-ready full-stack applications using modern technologies.
 * Develop and integrate LLM-powered features, AI agents, and intelligent workflows into customer environments.
 * Build scalable backend services and intuitive frontend experiences.
 * Work closely with product, engineering, and customer stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.
 * Own the complete software development lifecycle, from discovery and design through deployment and continuous improvement.
 * Optimize AI applications through prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and iterative improvements.
 * Travel to customer sites (2-3 days per week) to support implementation, collaboration, and solution delivery.
