This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical expertise, team guidance, and stakeholder management within a fast-paced enterprise environment., * Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, guiding daily activities and delivery expectations

 * Define team standards, engineering practices, and collaboration approach
 * Drive design and development of scalable microservices-based applications
 * Anticipate and manage cross-team dependencies to ensure timely delivery
 * Partner with stakeholders to align on priorities, compliance standards, and SLAs
 * Promote a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and high performance
