## About the Role

* 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or IT systems supporting production environments.
 * Experience with MES solutions; knowledge of Körber PAS-X is a plus.
 * Good knowledge of Windows/Linux, Citrix, and Oracle or PostgreSQL.
 * Understanding of Operational Technology (OT) environments in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
 * Experience with Generative AI tools.
 * Nice to have: Docker, Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, MBR lifecycle management, or Oracle administration.
 * Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

## Description

* Manage MES service requests and provide technical support.
 * Test, document, and implement application and infrastructure changes.
 * Monitor system performance and support continuous improvements.
 * Coordinate testing, change management, and application documentation.
 * Ensure GxP compliance, security, user access, and technical operations (backups, disaster recovery, upgrades).
 * Collaborate with IT teams, business stakeholders, and SMEs to support ongoing operations and new requirements.
