Experteer Overview En Grupo NS buscamos un Developer para un proyecto clave en el sector de seguros.Trabajarás en backend con Node.js y TypeScript, colaborando en API y soluciones que impulsen el negocio.Se valora experiencia y proactividad para evolucionar en proyectos nuevos y complejos, con énfasis en aprendizaje continuo.El rol combina trabajo híbrido con viajes ocasionales a Barcelona y París, en un entorno que prioriza la calidad técnica y la actitud profesional.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Desarrollar y mantener APIs y servicios backend en Node.js/TypeScript (Express, NestJS) * Trabajar con bases de datos SQL y NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis) * Realizar pruebas unitarias con Jest/Mocha * Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para entregar soluciones en seguros * Participar en mejoras de rendimiento y calidad de código * Contribuir al diseño de soluciones compatibles con el negocio de seguros * Gestionar tareas en formato híbrido y coordinar viajes cuando sea necesario Responsabilidades * 5+ años de experiencia * Inglés B2/C1 * Node.js * JavaScript/TypeScript * Experiencia con Express o NestJS * SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) y NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) * Unit testing (Jest, Mocha) * Experiencia en seguros (preferible) * Proactividad y capacidad de aprendizaje Requisitos principales * Formato de trabajo híbrido * viajes 1-2 veces al año a Barcelona y París * fomento del desarrollo profesional * ambiente orientado a proyectos en seguros
