Experience with distributed systems and scalability is a must., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred. * Proven track record of 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development. * Strong proficiency in the Go programming language and a deep understanding of its internals. * Hands-on experience with Kafka, including designing and deploying Kafka clusters, implementing producers/consumers, and managing topics/partitions. * Experience building and optimizing large-scale distributed systems, preferably in a cloud-based environment (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure). * Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals such as algorithms, data structures, and concurrency. * Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members of varying technical backgrounds. Preferred Skillsets: * Experience with Apache Arrow, Parquet, and similar data formats for high performance analytics. * Experience with other programming languages such as Python, Java, or TypeScript. * Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture. * Knowledge of streaming data processing frameworks like Apache Flink or Apache Spark Streaming. * Familiarity with highly concurrent distributed system concepts.
