* Senior-level experience (10+ years) as a Scrum Master
 * Proven experience leading an organization's transformation from waterfall to Agile

Pay range: up to $112.63 per hour

## Description

This is a player/coach role for a seasoned professional leading an Agile transformation from waterfall methodologies within the client's Capital Markets division. The ideal candidate will guide teams through change, help establish a new Agile framework, stand up new Scrum teams, and implement SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) practices.

Responsibilities:

 * Lead the transformation from traditional waterfall methodologies to Agile practices
 * Act as a player/coach, guiding teams through change and actively contributing to the new Agile framework
 * Stand up new Scrum teams
 * Implement SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) practices across the organization
