Experience: * 7+ years of project management experience, including leading SAP Application Development and Maintenance (ADM) initiatives. * Proven track record of successfully delivering SAP projects on time and within budget. * Experience managing cross-functional teams in enterprise SAP environments. * Demonstrated success collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors. * Experience with SAP implementation, enhancement, support, and maintenance projects is highly preferred. * PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications are a plus. Education: * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
